TEACHING PRACTICE EXPERIENCE: Seventh week

Weekly reflection [Aug 15 - Aug 19]
Last week of school internship .This phase really helps me to express my passion towards teaching. We, five opted Nedunganda school as a challenge because of the rumors about that school. None of the student teachers were ready to opt this school for internship. So by opting this school I was really confused whether I will be able to show my talents. But now, at the end of this phase I surely say my decision was right. Now am able to speak a loud, I am able to control my fear, free to express my feelings, talents etc. All this happened because of the students in Nedunganda. The most precious moments in my life. I not only taught but also learned many things from there.Not only was it a wonderful learning experience for me, but I also had a very good memorable time with my team and students. 
School experience:
This week was filled with fond memories. On monday we celebrate our 75th independence day in grand. At that day I reached school at 8:15am to help students to get ready for the rally.Students were so excited. Jhansi rani, Ambekar, Gandhiji, Bharat mata, representation of different religion where presented by the students.At 9:15 flag was hosted by the school manager and principal lightened the lamp. Rally began at 9:30am .we also joined the rally.Announcement was done by the students. Rally began from school and ended up at vilavbhagam. There students perform their dance and song.By 10:30 am we reached back school and program ended up by serving payasam and sweets for everyone. Tueday was a special day for us. Our dearest viji miss birthday morning itself we planned to treat her. We celebrate her birthday simply by cuting a cake and wishing her.At that day students of my class came to see me and give sweets for me. Wednesday was the new year for keralites.since nss camp was conducting in school. Teachers had told us not to bring lunch. So on Wednesday we had lunch from there. On Wednesday vidyarabham drawing competetion was conducted for students in school auditorium.Students actively participated in that event. Thursday was holiday for us because of krishna ashtami. Friday was busy day for us. Last day in school. Students were so sad.We gave sweets for students and teachers and gifted pen for oru mentor teachers and principal.Reeja mam was so supportive and done all the favors for us. We also cleaned oru room. By 3:40 we left from school by saying goodbye to everyone. Teachers blessed us and students gave some sweets to us as a token of love. With lots of memories we left from school. 
Class experience:

Tuesday was the day which we had optional observation.I had class on first period. I was tensed because at that day an assembly was conducted in school to give prize for students who won on the independence day competitions so I thought I will be not able to finish the class on time. But I ended up the class on time. Viji miss told to me that she liked the class and I have improved a lot. I was so happy. On the same day I got a period on 9B and I took class with full confidence. On Wednesday I conducted diagnostic test for 8A students and revised the whole chapter. And I took video class for 8A class on the topic liquid pressure. Syamili came for me to took the video.On Friday I took remedial class for them for 8A class.And on that day I concluded all the portion in both 8A and 9B . With full on satisfaction I ended up my classes.

INNOVATIVE WORK

As part of BEd curriculum, we have do an innovative work based on subject matter. For that I created a matching board which represent the concept "elements and symbols" This is a simple board which helps students to learn the symbols of elements. The elements and their corresponding symbols where connected through a thread. Each thread end is fixed with a bead. Whenever the bead connected with the element is pulled the thread connected to the corresponding symbol with began to move. And a yellow tie is collected with each symbols. By pulling the tie the paper will flip and shows the details of elements, bohr model and its crystal structure. As it is presented as a game,students will be interested to do and will engaged on teaching learning process.

TEACHING PRACTICE EXPERIENCE: Fourth week

Weekly reflection [July 25 -July 29] This week was little bit fast moving.In this week we got 4 working days and a holiday due to karkidaka vavu.But this week help five of us to make a great bonding. Now we know each other thoroughly. This week end up with some relaxation.  School experience: Usually we get so many substitutions hours for taking class. But this week we got some relaxation. We got time to make some good chats between us. Within this works that conversations was a kind of relaxation and pleasant feel. Almost three weeks we didn't notice the pond in the school but this week we recognize the pond. Water lily was flowered and students were there at every morning to see that and also small fishes were inside that pond. Students as well as us where curious to see these things.
